This tender is to obtain an offer to perform all work associated with project RFC - Cape Breton Regional Hospital Clinical Services Addition Energy Centre - Tender Package 07 - Foundation and Civil, which consists of the construction of the Energy Centre foundation and civil work for a Stipulated Price Contract. The Energy Centre construction site is located at Martha’s Boulevard in Sydney Nova Scotia, adjacent to CBRH. The Energy Centre project is one of the segments of a larger CBRH redevelopment project.

 A Non- Mandatory Bidders Meeting will be held. Please see Section 1.6 of the tender document for details.
