The intent of this bid call is to obtain offers to perform all work associated with Tender Package #04 Building Envelope & Interior Finishes for the HI ED Administration Offices Relocation, which consists of the construction of a 2nd floor addition to accommodate administration offices and staff support spaces for a Stipulated Price contract, per trade package, in accordance with the Contract Documents.     

The Trade Package is as follows:
