   This RFP intends to engage a qualified Proponent capable of supplying the specified complete packaged                        
   HTHW Oil Fired Boilers and specified services for the Energy Center as part of the Cape Breton Regional                        
   Hospital (CBRH) Clinical Services Addition project for the Cape Breton Regional Hospital located at 1482 George St, Sydney, Nova Scotia.                        
                            
   This project will include but is not limited to the design support, supply, delivery to site, onsite receiving,                        
   offloading, commissioning process tasks, on-site verification/testing, demonstration and                        
   training, standard and extended warranty, and standing maintenance agreement for the HTHW Oil                        
   Fired Boilers for the Energy Centre and CBRH. Design assistance after the award for the integration of                        
   the HTHW Oil Fired Boilers into the proposed plant configuration will be required. The Energy Centre                        
   project is required to achieve Green Globes v2 certification with the Green Building Initiative.                        
                            
   The HTHW Oil Fired Boilers will be delivered to the Cape Breton Regional Hospital (CBRH) Energy Centre,                        
   in the exact location identified by the Construction Manager. The expected delivery time of the HTHW                        
   Oil Fired Boilers System is the 1st of November 2021. Energy Centre construction completion is estimated in February 2023. The Energy Centre site is located adjacent to the existing CBRH, on the new extension of Martha’s                        
   Boulevard.
