This is a “Sheltered Market” procurement solicitation, under Sacramento Municipal Utility District’s (SMUD) Supplier Education & Economic Development (SEED) Program.  It is available only to SEED Program qualified suppliers having California Department of General Services (DGS) certification and SMUD customer qualification.  See SEED Program Qualification on Page16 for detailed requirements.   

SMUD is soliciting quotes from qualified suppliers for a one-time purchase of ladder clips to be stocked in the SMUD warehouse. The intent is that the successful Proposer(s) will provide SMUD with quality ladder clips.
