The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) is a publicly owned utility providing electrical power service to the greater Sacramento area. SMUD’s office labor force works at SMUD-owned facilities located along S Street between 59th and 65th Street, at 6100 Folsom Boulevard (north of the S Street facilities) herein known as the Downtown Campus; at the East Campus –Operations Center located at 4401 Bradshaw in Sacramento, California, and at the Fresh Pond Facility located in Pollack Pines, CA. SMUD also has over 200 various substation buildings, and hydroelectric buildings that are vital to providing and maintaining power in the service territory. SMUD has buildings in Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, and El Dorado counties in California.SMUD has a number of diverse construction projects and is seeking to retain an outside professional services firm to provide project management services in support of these Projects to ensure successful, timely, and cost-effective completion of these projects. These services are generally defined as design and facilities construction projects. The selected contractor(s) shall provide Project Management Services, in a timely manner in support of SMUD Facilities Management as defined herein.
