The Proposer shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the Service described as:    ACCOUNTING CONSULTANT SERVICES    

Provide professional technical accounting services to:  

·        assist with implementation of new Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) pronouncements including –  

o    research and provide guidance of new GASB’s  

o    determine the impact of the GASB on our financial statements  

o    assist with calculations of the impact  

o    prepare journal entries to record the impact  

o    provide the accounting change memo as documentation of the implementation of the GASB and the required financial statement disclosure  

·        provide technical accounting consulting services on financial statement impacts of proposed transactions or contracts   

·        ad-hoc technical accounting consulting services as needed  

Deliverable-Based SOW:  

Provide the necessary project team to be able to manage the assigned portfolio of projects and deliver the necessary methodologies in regard to project management in order to ensure project success and meet the deliverables described in each Task Order.  Staff provided will be expected to perform in a self-directed manner either as individuals or as a team.

 1.1.       MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS   

A.     Proposer must have at least 3 electric utility audit or consulting clients, each with operating revenues greater than $500 million?  List three clients  

B.    Proposer must have at least 5 consulting clients they assisted in implementation of Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) pronouncements? Please list a minimum of 5 clients.
