SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT              

All proposals must be submitted through the sourcing event by clicking ‘submit entire response’.

Any proposal submitted through other channels, such as Ariba discovery Q&A or event messages, etc. will result in disqualification at the discretion of NTU.
