Contractorshallfurnishallsupervision,labor,travel,materials,equipmentandincidentalsnecessarytoaccomplishtheworkinaccordancewiththeContract.TheworkconsistsofprovidingthefollowingservicesonalllistedSMUDgenerators:semi-annualinspection,annualinspection,andannualloadbanktestat100%ofratedcapacityforaminimumof2hours.ContractoristoprovideGenerationInspectionandMaintenanceservicesonanas-neededbasiswhenrequestedbytheFacilitiesMaintenanceOffice.SMUDintendstoawardone(1)ormorecontractsfora3-yearperiodasaresultofthissolicitationwithanot-to-exceedamount.
