SMUD is seeking one or more qualified firms to support resource planning, economic modeling, electric grid and market modeling and analysis to support its resource planning efforts to implement SMUD’s 2030 Zero Carbon Plan and other related planning activities. The services agreement will be task-based over the three (3) year contract term that may be renewed if needed. Individual task orders will be issued with a specific scope of work and budget authorization.
