Posting Summary
Contractor shall provide the following NERC/WECC tasks. Identify and request from SMUD any additional data required for properly testing and validating models. All the generation facilities below are within 70 miles from Sacramento County. Provide reports to the Project Manager on all the units specified below for submission to the transmission operator or WECC.

1) Provide services and equipment necessary for field testing, developing generator control models and validating NERC/WECC model parameters for the following SMUD hydro generators, to comply with NERC/WECC MOD-025-2, MOD-026-1, and MOD-027-1. Review data and provide simulation models in GE PSLF format. The dates below are estimated schedule and are subject to change.

a. White Rock Powerhouse Units 1 & 2, Date: June 2022, MOD-025
b. Camino Powerhouse Units 1& 2, Date: June 2023, MOD-025
c. Jaybird Powerhouse Units 1 & 2 and Union Valley Powerhouse Unit 1, Date: June 2024, MOD-025
d. White Rock Powerhouse Units 1 & 2, Date: June 2027, MOD-026, MOD-027

2) Provide services to verify and validate NERC/WECC PRC-024-3 for Solano Wind Generation, Phase 1&2 and 3. Date: February 2022.
3) Provide additional service tasks as needed similar to the NERC MODs and PRCs above, with funding of $50,000.
