DESCRIPTION  

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) is issuing this Request for Proposal for the acquisition and delivery an Avanced Phased Array Unit in Boucherville, Quebec, Canada as detailed in Section 7.  

Delivery requested: As soon as possible.
