This Request for Quote (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the “Province”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the supply of aboiteau gates to the Department of Agriculture, to support water control on the Provincial Dykeland System, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).  This RFQ is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
