This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Development and Administration of the Sustainable Communities Challenge Fund to the Department of Environment and Climate Change. This RFP seeks to procure an organization or a team of partnered organizations to help develop and administer the Sustainable Communities Challenge Fund (the “Fund”) on behalf of the Province. In particular, the Successful Proponent of the RFP (the “Successful Proponent”) will be required, but not be limited to help develop and implement program materials, including application forms, conduct outreach with potential proponents to the program, issue calls for proposals, accept proposals, follow up with grantees, administer funding, and report on results.
