The Proposer shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the Service described as:            FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES.The Sacramento Municipal Utility District, hereinafter referred to as SMUD, is soliciting proposals for qualified independent certified public accountants to perform the annual audit, associated reporting for SMUD, and other audit services as requested. SMUD intends to award one contract for the approximate period September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2025, with an option to extend for two one (1) year periods.
