The Proposer shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the Service described as:            CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TELEPHONE SURVEYS including New Connect/Transfer, Bill Inquiry, Outage Communication, IVR Payment Arrangement, and IVR Non-Recurring Payment-Customer Satisfaction Survey Services. The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), a public utility that provides electrical service to residents and businesses of Sacramento County, California, is requesting assistance in performing ongoing telephone surveys.  The surveys will focus on SMUD’s residential and business/commercial customers.  The purpose of the survey is to measure SMUD customers’ opinion of the customer service they received when starting new electrical service with SMUD, transferring their electrical service from one address to another within SMUD service territory, customers who call SMUD regarding a question about their electric bill, customers who were called by SMUD regarding an electrical outage, and customers that utilized the IVR self-service channel for payment arrangements and non-recurring payments.  Surveys will be conducted from September 2022 through August 2025.

Hi Andrew,
As far as I can tell the documents are still not available. I am the lead in responding to this RFP and will be OOO from June 10-20. Could you please extend the due date to reflect the that the documents were not available as previously indicated, on 5/25? Perhaps make the response due 30 days from when the documents are posted?

Yes, we will be extending the due date and changing the pre-proposal date.
