This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the “Province”) as represented herein by the Minister of Internal Services, for and on behalf of Nova Scotia Health (“NSH”), to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of 6937 ft2 of Leased Space in the Halifax area of Nova Scotia. This will be a Net Lease – Turnkey as further described in the RFP Particulars. This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
