 Notice is hereby given by the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (“TransLink”) of its intent to contract with Laura Barron (the “Supplier”) for completing the production and promotion of TransLink's Music and Performance Program.  
    

 TransLink has chosen to directly award this contract and not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons: The Contractor has gained extensive knowledge of TransLink's requirements with their work on this project to date and can provide continuity on this project until its completion.
