1 Is the current requirement to convert ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud version or SAP S/4HANA on-premise version to be deployed on Hyperscale like Azure, AWS, etc.? No decision has been made yet and would be part of this project.
2 Is this only a  technical conversion or functional as well? No decision has been made.
3 Please list any third-party tools or add-on applications used during development/maintenance. We are choosing not to respond to this question as we do not feel that it is necessary in order to submit an adequate proposal for this RFP.

16 Is SAP Fiori Deployment and Setup in current scope? This RFP is not for implementation. Not in scope.
17 Is Embedded Analytics setup in current scope? This RFP is not for implementation. Not in scope.
18 Please provide details of S/4 HANA readiness assessment. ( If Any) Will be shared with the vendor that is selected for the Roadmap and Business Case project.
19 Page no 12: In current landscape is it EDM (Documentum, others) or DMS? If it is EDM in such case RTP is in scope? EDM – Enterprise Document Management refers to Documentum.
20 How does SMUD define data that cannot leave the continental US?  Can people on the project without access to that data work offshore? No off shore resources will be allowed to support this project (off shore is considered anything/anyone located outside the continental US). No data can be transmitted outside of the continental US.

Hi,

The budget is between $100K to $500K USD. There is no current incumbent and unfortunately we do not record the pre-bid meetings. All information that was detailed in the pre-bid meeting can be found in the RFP document that is included as an attachment. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
