The Corporation has a requirement to obtain postal rubber bands used for bundling mail as identified in the Statement of Requirements Attachment to this RFP.

The intent of this RFP is to establish Standing Offer Agreement(s) (SOA), included as Section 7.4 - Review and Response to Standing Offer Agreement, Attachment #4 - Standing Offer Agreement.

  

 The term of the SOA is proposed to be five (5) years from 2022 to 2027.
