SMUD is soliciting Statements of Qualifications, to identify respondents to participate in upcoming SMUD Request for Offers (RFO), for RENEWABLE ENERGY POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENTS - 2022.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) provides instructions for submitting Statements of Qualifications and establishes the process under which SMUD will evaluate and pre-qualify the Respondents.  Respondents evaluated as pre-qualified shall have the opportunity, in a subsequent RFOs process, to submit offers for future PPA projects.  SMUD may elect to re-issue this RFQ to allow for participation by additional respondents, or cancel this RFQ at any time, at its sole discretion.
