Japan will host the next International Exposition, Expo 2025, from April 13 to October 13, 2025 in Osaka. Global Affairs Canada (GAC), on behalf of the Government of Canada, has the mandate to plan, coordinate and implement Canada’s participation in Expo 2025.      
      
Canada’s successful participation at Expo 2025 Osaka will deliver a memorable and distinctly Canadian visitor experience, anchored by a striking pavilion, to showcase Canada’s creativity, our diversity, our vitality and our optimism for a sustainable future. The specially designed public presentation will resonate with Japanese audiences in particular and leave a lasting and positive impression of Canada.      
      
Key elements of the project required to conceive, develop, build, fit-up, operate, maintain and dismantle the Canada Pavilion and its content, will be creativity, innovation and sustainability grounded in solid management practices, ensuring Canada distinguishes itself in this highly competitive international environment.      
      
The estimated maximum funding available for the resulting Contract is $25,000,000 CAD (exclusive of all applicable taxes).      
      
An optional information session will be held online November 23, 2022 at 17:00 hrs EST for this requirement. Please refer to Section 2.2 for details on how to participate.

Le Japon accueillera la prochaine exposition universelle, Expo 2025, du 13 avril au 13 octobre 2025 à Osaka.  Affaires mondiales Canada (AMC), au nom du gouvernement du Canada, a le mandat de planifier, de coordonner et de mettre en œuvre ce projet.    
    
La participation réussie du Canada à l’Expo 2025 d’Osaka offrira aux visiteurs une expérience mémorable et distinctement canadienne, appuyée par un pavillon remarquable, pour mettre en valeur la créativité du Canada, sa diversité, sa vitalité et son optimisme pour un avenir durable. La présentation publique, spécialement conçue, trouvera un écho auprès du public japonais en particulier et laissera une expérience captivante qui imprimera une opinion durable et positive à l’égard du Canada.    
    
Les éléments clés du projet requis pour concevoir, développer, construire, aménager, exploiter, entretenir et démanteler le Pavillon du Canada et son contenu seront la créativité, l'innovation et la durabilité, soutenu par de solides pratiques de gestion, assurant ainsi que le Canada se distingue dans cet environnement international hautement concurrentiel.    
    
Le financement maximal estimé disponible pour le contrat résultant est de 25 000 000 $ CAN (hors taxes applicables).
