This RFT is an invitation by the City: to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project")  to supply all materials, products, labour and supervision to complete Yonge St. Linear Parks Improvements in George Hislop and Norman Jewison Parks, which include but are not limited to removals and demolition, water and sewer piping, new playground, dog relief area with custom fountain, cor-ten steel arches with feature lighting, integrated Indigenous art in Norman Jewison Park, paved paths, new plaza with special paving and lighting in George Hislop Park, park lighting and electrical service, site furnishings, irrigation, trees, planting, sod and signage.

Mandatory Site Meeting Info -
Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 11:00 AM local time on November 21, 2022 at Norman Jewison Park, 13 Isabella Street, Toronto. Site meetings will not be available at any other times.
