Helicopter Service - Yellowknife  

 
 

The Polar Continental Shelf Program (PCSP) of Natural Resources Canada requires the services of a light single engine helicopter of type Bell 407, or equivalent, to support its field operations primarily in and around Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.    

 
 

The helicopter must be based, or must be able to operate, in Northwest Territories.     

 
 

The helicopter may be required to operate from other locations in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, Canada.    

 
 

The helicopter will be required for supporting the PCSP’s operations activities including, but not limited to: support to science research activities, wildlife surveys and capture, mobilizing camps, search and rescue, filming, slinging equipment and fuel.    

 
 

The period of the Contract is from date of award to March 31, 2024 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.

Service d'hélicoptère - Yellowknife    

 
 

Le Programme du plateau continental polaire (PPCP) de Ressources naturelles Canada a besoin des services pour une (1) hélicoptère monomoteur léger de type Bell 407, ou équivalent, pour soutenir ses opérations sur le terrain dans la région de Yellowknife, Territories du Nord-Ouest.    

 
 

L’hélicoptère  doit être stationné, ou en mesure d’opérer à partir de la Territoire du Nord-Ouest.    

 
 

L’hélicoptère pourrait être demandé d’opérer à partir de d’autres régions au Yukon, Territoires du Nord-Ouest, et au Nunavut, Canada.    

 
 

L’hélicoptère sera nécessaires pour soutenir les opérations PPCP. Activités y compris mais sans s'y limiter: l'appui aux activités scientifiques de recherche, enquêtes sur la faune et la capture, les camps, la mobilisation de recherche et de sauvetage, de tournage, de l'équipement d'élingage et de carburant.    

 
 

La période du contrat est à partir de la date d’attribution du contrat jusqu’au 31 mars 2024 inclusivement. L'entrepreneur accorde au Canada l'option irrévocable de prolonger la durée du contrat pour au plus quatre (4) périodes supplémentaires de une (1) année chacune, selon les mêmes conditions.
