Posting Summary

 The purpose of this bid announcement is to identify prospective suppliers that have the capacity to satisfy The Ohio State University’s requirements for survey services for Ohio Medicaid Assessment.      
        
 The 2023 & 2025 Ohio Medicaid Assessment Surveys (OMAS) s the project for the proposed RFP. The RFP is for collecting 69,000 interviews (34,500 for the 2023 iteration and 34,500 for the 2025 iteration) of Ohio adult and child (via adult proxy interviews) residents via telephone, web, and mixed mode surveys -- utilizing an address-based sample for 87% of the total sample, and random list selection for 13% of the total sample. The main topics for the OMAS are: (1) Insurance status; (2) access to health care; (3) health care system utilization; (4) health risk behaviors; (5) physical and mental health statuses; (6) determinants of health; (7) socioeconomic statuses; (8) child health; (9) senior health; (10) COVID-19 prevention; (11) substance use; and (12) childhood adverse events. The interviews will be collected by the selected vendor.
