 Questions specific to the technical requirements of this tender need to be sent through the Event Messages board of this RFP.               
         
National Individual Standing Offer for the provision of aircraft refueling, de-fueling and ground handling services at various locations outside of Canada. Fuel supplied must be in accordance with one of the industry standards listed in the solicitation documents.          
Refueling and ground handling service to be provided on an as and when requested basis for an initial supply period of two years, from February 1, 2023 to January 31, 2025, with one optional supply period of one year to extend the standing offer.

Offre à commandes nationale individuelle pour la fourniture de carburant d'aviation, la reprise de carburant et des services d'escale pour aéronefs. Le carburant fourni doit être conforme à l'une des normes de l'industrie énumérée dans les documents d'appel d'offres.    
Le ravitaillement et les services d'escale pour aéronefs seront fournis sur une base de « au fur et à mesure des besoins » pour une période initiale de deux ana, de 1er février 2023 jusqu'au 31 janvier 2025, avec option de prolonger jusqu'à une période supplémentaire d'un an .
