The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, (hereafter, the Department) requires a qualified Concession Vendor to provide food and/or beverages.  

Fort Fisher State Recreation Area is located at 1000 Loggerhead Rd, Kure Beach, NC 28449.  

 
Ariba Discovery Instructions to Vendors    

INSTRUCTIONS: To submit a response to this Solicitation click the “Respond to Posting” button. Create a new Ariba Network account or log into an existing account. Click “Review Prerequisites” to accept the bidder agreement by selecting “I accept the terms of this agreement.” Then select “OK” to continue the process of submitting a response. In the “Submit Response” section, review the Sourcing Event Content and provide the requested answers/attachments. Once completed, click “Submit Entire Response” to submit your response. Once a response has been successfully submitted, a note at the top will read “You have submitted a response for this event. Thank you for participating.”    

RESOURCES: Vendor’s responses for this procurement must be submitted using the e-Procurement Sourcing Tool prior to the Solicitation opening deadline. For training on how to use the Sourcing Tool to view solicitations, submit questions, develop responses, upload documents, and submit offers to the State, Vendors should go to the following site: https://eprocurement.nc.gov/training/vendor-training
