1. Regular scheduled and emergency response for over head door service, inspection and repairs at The City Facilities
2. Service availability to The City Facilities to minimize disruption to ongoing LRT/Bus service.
3. Annual inspections for Code regulated fire and life safety related doors.
 

Other business units within The City, may utilize this contract, on an as if and when required basis.
