Posting Summary

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver Cambro Trays on an “as needed” basis if and when ordered by the NC Department of Public Safety during the contract period.    
The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract Ariba Discovery Instructions to Vendors  
  
Electronic bid response shall be received by 2:00 PM ET on January 24, 2023.  
NOTE: All Questions shall be submitted within Event Messages in the Solicitation Tool

INSTRUCTIONS: To submit a response to this Solicitation click the “Respond to Posting” button. Create a new Ariba Network account or log into an existing account. Click “Review Prerequisites” to accept the bidder agreement by selecting “I accept the terms of this agreement.” Then select “OK” to continue the process of submitting a response. In the “Submit Response” section, review the Sourcing Event Content and provide the requested answers/attachments. Once completed, click “Submit Entire Response” to submit your response. Once a response has been successfully submitted, a note at the top will read “You have submitted a response for this event. Thank you for participating.”
