Posting Summary

The North Carolina Department of Administration (“Department”), on behalf of the North Carolina Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (“NCDMVA”), is seeking competitive proposals for consultant services to evaluate and recommend methods and resources required to align and posture the State of North Carolina to operationalize the United States Veterans Affairs’ (USVA) recommendations and the supporting Veterans Integrated Service Network 06 (VISN 06) recommendations submitted in March 2022 to the Asset and Infrastructure Review (AIR) Commission.

Ariba Discovery Instructions to Vendors  

INSTRUCTIONS: To submit a response to this Solicitation click the “Respond to Posting” button. Create a new Ariba Network account or log into an existing account. Click “Review Prerequisites” to accept the bidder agreement by selecting “I accept the terms of this agreement.” Then select “OK” to continue the process of submitting a response. In the “Submit Response” section, review the Sourcing Event Content and provide the requested answers/attachments. Once completed, click “Submit Entire Response” to submit your response. Once a response has been successfully submitted, a note at the top will read “You have submitted a response for this event. Thank you for participating.”  

RESOURCES: Vendor’s responses for this procurement must be submitted using the e-Procurement Sourcing Tool prior to the Solicitation opening deadline. For training on how to use the Sourcing Tool to view solicitations, submit questions, develop responses, upload documents, and submit offers to the State, Vendors should go to the following site: https://eprocurement.nc.gov/training/vendor-training
