The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver Upholstery Chair components on an “as needed” basis if and when ordered by the NC Department of Adult Correctionat the Upholstery Plant, 633 Old Landfill Road, Taylorsville, NC 28681l during the contract period.
  
Background: Parts will be used by the Upholstery Plant to maintain/build current product line of in-house chairs
