Posting Summary

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver Wax paper on an “as needed” basis if and when ordered by the NC Department of Adult Correction during the contract period.

Electronic bid response shall be received by 2:00 PM ET on March 06, 2023.  

NOTE: All Questions shall be submitted within Event Messages in the Solicitation Tool   

 
INSTRUCTIONS: To submit a response to this Solicitation click the “Respond to Posting” button. Create a new Ariba Network account or log into an existing account. Click “Review Prerequisites” to accept the bidder agreement by selecting “I accept the terms of this agreement.” Then select “OK” to continue the process of submitting a response. In the “Submit Response” section, review the Sourcing Event Content and provide the requested answers/attachments. Once completed, click “Submit Entire Response” to submit your response. Once a response has been successfully submitted, a note at the top will read “You have submitted a response for this event. Thank you for participating.”      
 
RESOURCES: Vendor’s responses for this procurement must be submitted using the e-Procurement Sourcing Tool prior to the Solicitation opening deadline.
