Click “Review Prerequisites” to accept the bidder agreement by selecting “I accept the terms of this agreement.” Then select “OK” to continue the process of submitting a response. In the “Submit Response” section, review the Sourcing Event Content and provide the requested answers/attachments. Once completed, click “Submit Entire Response” to submit your response. Once a response has been successfully submitted, a note at the top will read “You have submitted a response for this event. Thank you for participating.”    
 
RESOURCES: Vendor’s responses for this procurement must be submitted using the e-Procurement Sourcing Tool prior to the Solicitation opening deadline.
