Hello, a few questions:

Where Schedule B has a price to be inserted but Appendix 9 shows the volume as zero (0). Do you require a price to be submitted?
Where Schedule B has a price to be inserted but Appendix 9 shows the volume as zero (0). Is there a possibility the service will be required in future years?
How accurate have historic volume numbers been at predicting future numbers?
How much time from signing of a contract until services are to be provided by the contracted vendor?
Is the intent to award all the business to a single vendor or split the business among two or more vendors? How many if so?

Hi,

We ask that bidders provide rates for the transactions identified in Schedule B, even if there is no current volume associated with it as there may be a future need/requirement for said transactions.

The benchmark volumes stated in Appendix 10 refers to volume estimates that have been set forth as of the date of this Statement of Work.  The volumes will vary throughout the term of the Agreement and the Contractor shall adjust their Resources to effectively manage volume variances.
As the volumes, hours, and distances set forth are estimates only, the Corporation will not guarantee volume levels, daily hours of work, and/or distances driven.

The intent is to award the entire Timmins (ON) CUS service to a single vendor. The anticipated start date for this service is September 1, 2023, and we aim to have an Agreement signed approximately 4-8 weeks prior to commencement.
