The North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency (NCORR), a division of the North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), is seeking to develop and maintain a list of prequalified prime construction contractors to perform, or cause to be performed: residential environmental remediation of asbestos in connection with the administration of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) of eligible structures through NCORR recovery programs.
