North Carolina Department of Health and Human Resource (“Department”), Division of Human Resources (“Division”) is seeking Vendors to provide Human Resource organizational strategy and recommendations for process improvement within the Division, as well as the facilitation of the implementation of recommended strategies. Vendors will provide the Department with experienced consultants and project managers with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform organizational strategy, development of process improvement recommendations, and implementation of recommended strategies.

INSTRUCTIONS: To submit a response to this Solicitation click the “Respond to Posting” button. Create a new Ariba Network account or log into an existing account. Click “Review Prerequisites” to accept the bidder agreement by selecting “I accept the terms of this agreement.” Then select “OK” to continue the process of submitting a response. In the “Submit Response” section, review the Sourcing Event Content and provide the requested answers/attachments. Once completed, click “Submit Entire Response” to submit your response. Once a response has been successfully submitted, a note at the top will read “You have submitted a response for this event. Thank you for participating.”    
 
RESOURCES: Vendor’s responses for this procurement must be submitted using the e-Procurement Sourcing Tool prior to the Solicitation opening deadline.
