Posting Summary

The purpose of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and any resulting contract award is to solicit bids for Janitorial Services for the North Carolina Department of Revenue (NCDOR) Greenville Service Center located at 300 Beacon Drive, Winterville, NC 28590. NCDOR is required to provide a clean environment for its building occupants through the use of an efficient and competent janitorial service.  
 
NOTE: The actual end time for bidding will be 2:00 PM EST on APR 18, 2023

INSTRUCTIONS: To submit a response to this Solicitation click the “Respond to Posting” button. Create a new Ariba Network account or log into an existing account. Click “Review Prerequisites” to accept the bidder agreement by selecting “I accept the terms of this agreement.” Then select “OK” to continue the process of submitting a response. In the “Submit Response” section, review the Sourcing Event Content and provide the requested answers/attachments. Once completed, click “Submit Entire Response” to submit your response. Once a response has been successfully submitted, a note at the top will read “You have submitted a response for this event. Thank you for participating.”    
 
RESOURCES: Vendor’s responses for this procurement must be submitted using the e-Procurement Sourcing Tool prior to the Solicitation opening deadline.
