This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued by TransLink on behalf of its operating entity West Coast Express ("WCE"), is seeking a Contractor to manage the Station Attendants, Mobile Vehicle Patrol and Security Supervisor Services at various WCE stations.  For more information, please refer to the document in Section 5.2 of this event
