The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, on behalf of the Division of Parks and Recreation, seeks proposals from a qualified Vendor to provide food and beverage, and operate the Restaurant and Concession Stand at Mount Mitchell State Park, 2388 State Highway 128, Burnsville, NC 28714-8806. The Park is located off Mile Marker 355 of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

INSTRUCTIONS: To submit a response to this Solicitation click the “Respond to Posting” button. Create a new Ariba Network account or log into an existing account. Click “Review Prerequisites” to accept the bidder agreement by selecting “I accept the terms of this agreement.” Then select “OK” to continue the process of submitting a response. In the “Submit Response” section, review the Sourcing Event Content and provide the requested answers/attachments. Once completed, click “Submit Entire Response” to submit your response. Once a response has been successfully submitted, a note at the top will read “You have submitted a response for this event. Thank you for participating.”  
 
RESOURCES: Vendor’s responses for this procurement must be submitted using the e-Procurement Sourcing Tool prior to the Solicitation opening deadline.
