Good afternoon,
I am seeking companies that can offer onsite influenza vaccinations at my locations (up to 150 locations). Supplier must be able to perform onsite clinics in all US states with proper license and certifications.
Please send company information, program details including who administers the vaccinations on site (nurses, LPN, etc), cost of vaccination, minimums, how employees sign up for the vaccinations (on-line - please include screen shots vs phone), etc.
