I am a small fashion start up in New York. We need to locate a garment manufacturer to make a new design shirts. This is a button down Hawaiian short sleeve shirt. We are open to material suggestions for cost effectiveness and quality. Maybe cotton, maybe a blend. We have several initial designs and qualified suppliers will receive pdf files of patterns. (flower print, solids and pattern designs) We will require samples before full production.
