The purpose of this announcement is to identify those prospective suppliers that have the capacity to satisfy The Ohio State University's need to contract for Asphalt Seal Coat, Crack Sealing & Striping of various parking lots on the Newark campus of the University.

The contracted supplier will furnish labor, material, equipment and supervision to Seal Coat, Crack Seal & Stripe various parking lots on the Newark, OH campus as described in the specifications of the RFP. All work shall be completed by August 22, 2014.

** A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be required of all potential bidders. The specific date, time, and location will be made available with the release of the RFP. Attendance is required in order to submit a bid.

Proposed Schedule of Events:  
 
Estimated Bid issue date: July 10, 2014  
 
Note: Detailed Specifications will be made available on this date. This is meant to be an announcement of the upcoming bid ONLY.  
 
Bid Closing Date: July 25, 2014
