I manage a mobile home park I am currently looking to purchase 2 SINGLE WIDE mobile homes. The mobile homes have to be about 14,000 to 20,000 price range (that's the price we have to offer to the public in order to get it sold) to sell in my current market place if we sell if for more that 21,000 the mobile home will sit and not sale. I am also looking to see if any mobile home company will be willing to put in a model mobile home and pay space rent until it gets sold. I have all of the information of our current market here in  Modesto and will let you know what will sale and what won't.
