Introduction
The purpose of this Ariba Discovery posting is to identify potential suppliers for an Ariba Sourcing Event (Request for Information, Request for Proposal, etc.). If interested, submit a Seller Response which may lead to an invite. More detailed specifications would be provided within the Sourcing Event. We are not requesting pricing as part of your Ariba Discovery Seller Response.

Brief Overview
We are seeking various egg items that are mainly used in foodservice applications such as breakfast sandwiches, some used in kitchen production such as liquid egg/hard cooked egg and retail hard cooked offering. There are 10 different items: scrambled/fried/egg white patties, hard cooked eggs, scrambled mix, and liquid egg. All patties are frozen; the hard cooked and liquid are fresh. We are considering a multiple supplier scenario so you don't have to carry all items.
