This is a notice of a bid posting for 2 (two) positions as follows:

Project Director, Financials ERP Replacement Project
Under the leadership of the Project Steering Committee, is responsible for the successful implementation of a Financial ERP system at the University and Medical Center.  The project director:
• Leads a project team of University, Medical Center employees and other contractors.
• Designs the overall strategy, scope, timeline, and budget of the project
• Identifies and works with project and University leadership to mitigate risks
• Manages communications and reporting on project status to various stages of leadership
• Is responsible for teams that will perform:
o Project management and prioritization
o Business Process Strategy and Change; System Configuration and Testing; Reporting and Business Intelligence,
o All aspects of system implementation including Conversion, Integration, Security, Development and Data Warehousing
o Change management, including Communications, Training and organization change management activities
o Subsidiary projects that are critical to the success of the primary project
o Project budget tracking and reporting, including
 Cost management
 Internal hours tracking
 Working with the Controller to ensure appropriate capitalization of cost
• Requires
o Extensive experience in:
 Large cloud ERP implementations
 Leading Large Higher Education and/or ERP engagements
 Large Higher Education and/or Health Care business transformation engagements
 Federal grants
o Impeccable Project management and Communication Skills and experience
o Full time on-site availability for up to 36 months

Leader for Organizational Change Management
Paired with University business leaders, this individual will drive the creation of an OCM strategy for the Financials ERP Replacement Program, as well as deliver change management deliverables during all phases of the program.
• Responsible for Strategy. Planning and execution of:
o Change management
o Training
o Communications
• Including scope of:
o University
o Wexner medical Center
o Sponsored Research
Coordinated across many University offices communication teams
• Requires strong background in:
o OCM on large, enterprise projects in Higher Education,
o Communications
o Project management
o Full time on-site availability for up to 36 months
