TransLink’s subsidiary, British Columbia Rapid Transit Company Ltd. herein referenced as (“BCRTC”) is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to provide a digital survey to assess the most restrictive area in curves at various points along the Expo and Millennium Line train tracks.
