South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (SCBCTA) also known as TransLink is responsible for planning, financing and operating the public transportation system throughout Metro Vancouver pursuant to the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act.    

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by TransLink on behalf of its operating entity, the British Columbia Rapid Transit Company Ltd. (“BCRTC”) to seek proposals for the supply and installation of outfitting equipment for the purposes of preparing supplied BCRTC service support vehicles for their duty.
