South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (SCBCTA), also known as TransLink, is responsible for planning, financing and operating the public transportation system throughout metro Vancouver pursuant to the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act. Project Summary:        
Through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), TransLink on behalf of the British Columbia Rapid Transit Company (BCRTC) is seeking a post-secondary training provider to partner with to design and deliver Supervisory Training Development and Certification Program, to help BCRTC provide a more consistent approach to supervisory training.
