TransLink is seeking proposals from suitably qualified Communications Contractors who are capable, interested and available to provide support in a variety of communications and communications related Categories to fulfil the requirements as identified in the scope document.  Furthermore, TransLink is seeking proposals from experts who are recognized as leaders and innovators within their fields and welcome proposals from individuals, single firms, organizations or teams.    
TransLink intends establish a pre-qualified supplier list and award “as-and-when” as well as longer term contracts to assist the project team deliver the Tasks and activities as required.
