South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (“TransLink”) is responsible for planning, financing and operating the public transportation system throughout Metro Vancouver. TransLink’s operating companies include Coast Mountain Bus Company Ltd. (CMBC), British Columbia Rapid Transit Company Ltd. (BCRTC) and West Coast Express Ltd. Project Summary:      
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by TransLink on behalf of its operating entity, the Coast Mountain Bus Company (“CMBC”), to seek proposal for 24/7 security system and fire alarm monitoring, annual testing, programming and management services.   
    
Please note TransLink does not disclose its budgetary information.
