Posting Summary

The City of Toronto, under the direction of the City Clerk, is inviting Proposals from qualified firms with the proven skills, resources, and relevant Print industry experience to conduct a comprehensive review of the City's offset printing service.
The successful Vendor will:

1) Conduct an in-depth analysis of the City's offset printing service delivery model, funding model (capital, operating, equipment and replacement) and business value.
2) Investigate and assess service delivery model(s) at comparable organizations, in particular the public service.
3) Conduct an environmental scan of the printing industry to identify those trends that have impacted or which are expected to impact offset printing.
4) Develop options and provide recommendations for a service delivery model that will meet the City's current and future offset printing needs.
